We are a multidisciplinary group comprising independent researchers, physicians, philosophers, corporate consultants, health economists, public health specialists, data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Our focus is on researching, investigating, and analyzing the implications of newly introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare systems
Prof. Dr. Martin Exner
Martin was the director of the Institute for Hygiene and Public Health and Managing Director of the Center for Infectiology and Infection Protection at the University of Bonn. Additionally, he is the president of the German Society for Hospital Hygiene
Prof. Dr. Fabrice Jotterand
Fabrice Jotterand is Professor of Bioethics and Medical Humanities, and Director of the Graduate Program in Bioethics at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. In addition, he holds an appointment as Senior Researcher at the Institute for Biomedical Ethics, University of Basel. He is the author of the recent book The Unfit Brain and the Limits of Moral Bioenhancement (Palgrave, 2022) and co-editor of Artificial Intelligence in Brain and Mental Health: Philosophical, Ethical & Policy Issues (Springer, 2021)

Dr. Raef Kozman
Raef is a Global Health & Risk-Management Specialist and a PhD candidate at the Institute for Biomedical Ethics at the University of Basel, Switzerland. He is a University lecturer of Global Health and capacity building alongside leading a Health tech, German-based company MedZone GmbH focusing on offering a global healthcare platform
